Since 2003, agnès b. has maintained a total commitment to Tara and her research missions. The schooner came to Paris to represent the Ocean’s voice during the climate conference, and once again combined the arts with environmental commitment. At the Tara Pavilion on the banks of the Seine, agnès b. brought together many artistic talents to put art at the service of the climate issue. This included an explosive mixture of readings combining utopia and revolt by Jacques Bonnaffé and Natacha Regnier; hip-hop dance with DC Vortex; glass sculptures by artist Mara G. Haseltine; and a graphic plankton fresco by Philippe Baudelocque.
