During the current expedition, students participating in the program “Follow the Tara Pacific Expedition on the Map” will have a chance to interact with crew members on board, no matter where the schooner is located.
Once every 2 weeks the crew will answer 10 questions from students in writing or video. A live interaction from the boat will be organized once every trimester. For Tara and her crew on the other side of the world, this will take place at night!
FIRST SESSION: Wednesday, October 5
Register your class! Wednesday, October 5, 2016, from 11:00 to 11:45 am, classes participating in “Follow the Tara Pacific Expedition on the Map” can have a live exchange via the internet with Daniel Cron, chief engineer, just before he leaves France to join Tara in the Pacific.
Daniel (31 years old) has been participating in expeditions aboard Tara for the past 6 years. He has lots of interesting things to say about his unusual career, voyages aboard Tara, and of course the current expedition he’s about to join
